“And their prayer offered in faith will heal the sick,
and the Lord will make them well.” (James 5:15)
Are you or a loved one facing a cancer diagnosis or starting on a journey of cancer treatments? Pray for the Cure is a monthly care ministry for people facing cancer to receive support, encouragement, and prayer from those who have walked the path before and experienced God’s healing power and love.
Who should attend?
All those who are currently experiencing cancer and their loved ones are welcome. Those who have been healed from cancer and have a heart for intercessory prayer are encouraged to come and bless others with their love, prayers, and personal testimonies.
What can I expect?
There is an opportunity to share your feelings and concerns, hear personal testimonies from cancer survivors, study, reflect on God’s promises, receive prayer and anointing.
“Are any among you sick? They should call for the elders of the church and have them pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord.” (James 5:14)
When does the group meet?
Pray for the Cure meets the third Monday of every month from 7:00-8:30 p.m.
Where is the meeting?
The group meets in the Prayer Chapel at Hosanna! Lutheran Church located at 9600 163rd Street West, Lakeville, MN 55044
